Register Your Petition
Submit through the online portal or in person at the panchayat office, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM. Bring your Aadhaar, a written description of your grievance, and any documents you have. If you have nothing, come anyway.

Your case is assigned a reference number and a preliminary hearing date. You will receive a written notice by hand or SMS. The opposing party is formally informed.
Open Hearing Before the Council
Both parties present their case before the full council. The Sarpanch moderates. The relevant member — Sunita Bai for family matters, Devidas Patwari for land cases — leads the inquiry. Sessions are open to the public.
Written Resolution Issued
The council's decision is written, signed, and stamped. Both parties receive a copy. The resolution is filed with the block development office and entered into the public register.
